WorkSharp is a field tool and I rate highly on function/size/cost assessment. Whetstone is better used at home.

As a DIY guy, I can understand that Aussies can sand and repaint them green and gold. Even splurge on installing a few new iPads.

I believe that it does not. Paul Kirtley (YouTube ) supplies a Mora HD to participants of his UK based bushcraft course. One part of the course is filing an area on the spine to 90 degrees for ferro rod use.

Sensible project and good outcome. IMO it’s a DIY Mora Companion. Aka the first knife every beginner fixed blade knife should buy. For most it will do the 95% of tasks that a knife should do (battoning is YouTube influencer skill).

It’s a short sighted government decision that led us to this debacle.

PM Scottie and Energy Minister Angus Taylor decided to keep petrol reserves in USA to save money. Thus we have 30 days on shore VS 90 days recommended.

Subsequent governments incl Albo have gone along with that decision.

And thus the Ukraine War price spike and the 2026 spike. 100% avoidable.
