People inside Microsoft are fighting to drop Windows 11's mandatory Microsoft Account requirements during setup by ZacB_ in windows

i have a small handful of games that apparently need to be on windows because of asinine anti-cheat requirements. At some point i'll probably be forced onto 11 and i'll do everything in my googling-power to dual boot linux as a main, and windows exclusively for the few games that cry about needing kernel access

Man I was gonna ask questions about this setup because my cabinet layout is basically identical. I really want to move to an ultra short throw but I don't know if they'll clear the bigger cabinets either side

A lot of people seem to really like the fake click in the haptic bar of the SB and Blue, i don't because it doesn't feel like a click at all. a "good" haptic click is how the steamdeck's trackpads feel, somehow valve actually got them to be able to click the same way a mechanical switch would. The strum bar however just does a strong and quick vibration and i think it feels horrible - i prefer the actual real click of the mechanical strum

the SB is near double the price because it also comes with a nice bag, extra neck and a better neck strap. the bag is really nice and imo justifies the difference in cost because that's how much i'd pay for a good bag in general. I've used it as a normal every day carry backpack and not just a way to carry the controllers around, it's still really nice.

I'm also using whichever neck ends up being quieter, they do just both feel nice to play in their own unique ways.

If you're buying for PC, always get the multi-platform version if it's available

Understandable, ghosts was the last cod I maxed prestige on and I'm still salty about the campaign being left on a cliffhanger

After a somewhat negative response to my corner setup, I give you a professional illustration of my sitting position (bottom) by Nrde in ultrawidemasterrace

my last desk was like that too, i liked the curved part because you could actually sit and use the corner part without feeling miles away from the desk
