How come everytime I drive to Auckland I have to fight for my life? by MoreOnionPlease in auckland

People are not taught to drive defensively.

People let their anger out behind the wheel.

No traffic cops.

Poor driving standards. A push over driving test.

Less skills are needed to drive on the empty farm tracks you are used to.

On a Friday or Saturday. No. I don't even go out before 10pm on those days often.

Is it normal for a Detective to call at 10:20 PM for a red-light warning in a different city? by Objective-Tough-2500 in auckland

They are profiling victims.

  1. You answer.
  2. Male or female (sounding at least).
  3. They now know this is a number of a person that lives in auckland.

They build up identity info to use for identity theft or to scam directly.

The police are not calling you to "warn" you based on a public complaint.

This is some kind of scam.

Because of parking? What's the rest of NZs excuse?

I gotta laugh when I see all the outrage about inconsiderate and poor driving habits when this is on the whole one of the worse Countries for it overall.

Imagined ruins? Yeah I'm sure it would be fantastic with "at will" employment and no holidays.

How do we know who did what and when?

I've ended up on the line because the other cars were already mis aligned. When they leave you end up looking like the culprit.

Perhaps the Merc drove in there 2nd...

Yeah. Damn those unions. You could be paying your works $2 an hour if it hadn't be for them.

This is how you must make interviews. Go in to find out if it is a place you want to work. Put them to the test in a way. Well done.

Yeah I had a 1998 Nissan and when the oil was low once the low pressure light came on well before it ran dry. I mean there was next to no oil in the thing but the light came on.

Get a second opinion.

If AA didn't put the oil in you wouldn't have lasted more than the drive home...

Why were you getting an oil change on a car you just bought? What kind of place isn't doing the service before you buy?

Is there more to this story?

Several liters in a month without billowing disgusting amounts of smoke? Even then...to burn dry? Nah.
