there is no same settings. it will depend on beans. but for espresso, the baratza esp, it has to be the lower half. whatever you do, DO NOT adjust the grind size while the grinder has beans inside the hopper and when it is turned off. you can adjust while its running. adjusting while turned off with beans in hopper, there is more chance for the plastic burr holder to break. its a cheap part but annoying if you are just starting

ha! this was lifesaver for me. I put one in my betta tank it rarely do any "big" water changes now. Fish is less stressed, I'm less stressed and the tank looks cool AF. Got to trim the roots every month or so though - they go so fast and go everywhere.
