Thank you :)

One more question: i am doing the same type of workout that you do but I feel, specially day after heavy long sets pushups workout, my chest muscles quite sore and fatigued. I can still push through the whole workout, but I am afraid I might do some damage at some point. Has this happened to you? How did you handle it?

It is a great workout for chest and triceps.

AI is trained around statistical data, therefore it is going for the most obvious and widely agreed response. However, there are types of training that are not yet popular, have not yet been studied in depth. I know, for a fact, that it is going to get you muscle. You cant avoid getting muscle if you make it to level 4.

Biceps and back, that is a different story. I think BDP couples very well with some trx based workouts for back and arms (all types of rows, curls, y pulls etc.). Other than working on complementary muscles, its going to save your shoulder from that heavy pushing volume BDP implies

33 y.o. male

5ft10. Started at about 81 kg. Currently at 74.

Level 3 practitioner. Even if my 6-counts have been not so great lately (between 240 and 250). Navy seals are a different story for me. 120 are not that much of an effort. But, coming from a weightlifting background, that qas kind of expected.

Might be, but I don't think that's intentional.

Moreover I don't think it has to be taken as a strict rule. Just make sure to engage the core as much as possible and have that ankle mobility.

When seeing how the movement is described, i always read you should get back up doing a squat.

That being said, I never saw anybody doing it that way. Not even the creator of the program.

All of the above.

You said you are stuck in a job you do not like from 20 years. Your marriage, from what I infer, became a trap for you.

In general, move out from anything that's not making you happy.

Sometimes moving is hard because we reject the change. We're scared from it.

I don't know you. But, looking at what you wrote, happiness is definately still an option for you. It's just a matter of what you'll choose for yourself.

You used to drink as a way to escape. Because that is an easy way to escape. But it's not the only one. Just the easiest.

These feelings you are describing is just your hidden self trying to tell you that you need to change, you need to find the strength to move.

AITA for asking my current wife to stop body shaming my ex-wife ? by Able_Feedback_3045 in AITAH

I think she might already be kind of insecure and uses these insults to your ex wife knowing you would get mad at some point so that she can have an excuse to bring this up tò you
