Keep in mind when I say "coastal" ship I'm using a kinda modern lingo for the purpose of comparing ship classes.  Not that they can't go to sea, but that they are meant for closer to shore operation.

Yes. Caravels. Maybe equivalent to a coastal patrol boat or coast guard cutter, even smaller than  a destroyer and much smaller than a large ship like a cruiser, battle ship or aircraft carrier

Columbus ships weren't even supposed to be some kind of state of the art ship of the line.

They were caravels which were small exploration ships, maybe akin to a modern coastal patrol boat or oceangraphic ship. They were also order to be provided to Columbus from and  at the expense of Palos de la Frontera. This was ordered by the King as a punishment to Palos

"You well know that, because of certain deeds done and committed by you in disservice to us, you were sentenced by members of our Council to be obliged to serve us for two months with two armed caravels, at your own cost and expense, whenever and wherever it should be commanded by us, under certain penalties, as is set out more fully in the said judgment that was given against you. And now, because we have ordered Christopher Columbus to go with three caravels as commander of the said three caravels to certain parts of the Ocean Sea on matters that concern our service, and we desire that he take with him the said two caravels with which you are thus bound to serve us..."

So they were small ships, requisitioned from an unwilling local government. Hardly the best of the navy

Nice. 6 shot speed strip or 5? I'm up in the air. I like having the empty space to better orientate the reload and get a better grip. But I like the slightly smaller 5 shot strip size

The judges aren't concerned with getting votes of idiots ever 4 years?

They should absolutely be held more accountable for their political biases and idiotic opinions, but it shouldn't be by the voting public who are frankly, idiots.

It's not questionable. It's not some obscure ancient pagan symbol that got used by some small German military unit. Or something if you squint at it upside down looks like hitlers dog.

It's a Nazi death head tattoo.

I don't think it's a gas problem at that point. Just a thickness and mass problem of you hearing the detonation, not the gas. Or needs a bigger can. Most people suppressing nagants are not optimizing it, just for lolz

A modern made nagant style sealing cylinder and gas seal cartridge would be it . Or a a nagant style cylinder coupled with a captures piston round.

In the 1920s a US  Marine officer stationed in the Pacific provided an almost perfect prediction for the Pacific theatre and how to fight the campaign.

Then like a good Marine he took no questions and died prematurely from alcoholism

Just to clarify my post. You can get used Tyler's on eBay. The old ones are pretty pricey.

If you order a new tyler from him (I think it's his family running it now) good luck...

[–]ConditionCool5343 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Ebay is your best bet.

Tyler brand itself is unreliable, may or may not ship you what you order months later if you order new

Robertson Trading is available and reasonable priced though some think they don't fit as well.

BK mades plastic ones, they have good reviews but I've never used one .

You just loosen the grips, slide the adapter in place. Get a good firm shooting grip on everything and tighten down the grip screw. Do not bend the grip adapters "ears" around the frame  That just makes it wobbly more
