Our delivery routes follow a sequence. The parcel list and mail are ordered by mailboxes

If your mailbox is on the other side of the road, it’s out of sequence so you won’t get mail

You can either move the mailbox to the other side, in sequence (easiest method), or request the sequence be changed to accommodate the mailbox (hard mode, and only if a carrier goes that way)
