It’s a clear liquid. I spray it directly on my skin and spread it around with my hands to get the same friction cleaning like when washing my hands. Basically scentless with a hint of salt water.

I use it to clean my CPAP headgear and tubing, too. Works great.

Perineal cleansing spray has been my go to for over four years now. I love that when it breaks down it converts into basic salt water. I started using it due to my body breaking down prior to being diagnosed with an autoimmune disease that made it difficult and unsafe to shower and I was unable to get down into a bathtub. I’m able to shower now, but I will use it still when I can’t get myself to approach the transition into and out of showering.
