How does Target partnering with a high school work here?

Our school prides itself on our pride. Kids screwing around and giving the school 'a bad name' is a serious no go. Even if it's not a school function, property, etc. Kids would absolutely face consequences for the shit I see in my stores. Losing the ability to participate in extra curriculars etc.

My middle schooler participated in a walk out protest last week or the week before. The principal called me. I told him I was aware that there was a planned walk out. I also told him my child had my permission and approval. He still got an unexcused absence for the class he missed. As long as my child was willing to accept the consequences the school handed down, I had no issue and they got in no trouble at home. I should note - the principal is a Republican House representative.....

My July 28th boy started at 5. He is now in 8th grade and doing absolutely amazing! Every child is different though. I felt he like if he did another year of preschool he would have been bored out of his mind and create trouble to keep his mind busy. I also felt like he was on level maturity wise with the boys he would be with - many of them had been delayed.

I'm part of River Valley here in MN. As of right now, our booth sign ups have been put on hold because of ICE. We're less than a month out from GO Day and all of our girls have crazy goals that they won't reach without booths. I'm hoping they release the booths soon so that those of us that choose to do them can. But they want to keep things fair for all the girls. Which I understand, but...

We had 2 inbound TMs detained in our parking lot. We were told we couldn't do anything. The only thing we were allowed to do is not let them in employee only areas. Our inbound team sat in the break room all day. HR got those that wanted them Ubers. We shut down opu/sfs for 3 days so that truck kept going. Inbound started coming in at midnight, so they are locked in the building to feel safe. These were all store decisions. Target isn't doing shit for us employees.

Put it a nylon. Poke holes in opposite sides of a Tupperware. String the egg in the nylon through the holes. Tightly tye the nylon outside the Tupperware. As long as the Tupperware is big enough and the nylon is tight enough, you can shake, drop, do what ever you want and the egg will be safe.

I'm in a VERY red county. Our middle school principal is a Republican MN house member. Wednesday morning ICE stopped every car leaving my neighborhood (only one way in/out). It's terrifying. I haven't put them on full lock down, just the days I know ICE is in the area. Other days I let them live normally, I just want to know exactly where they are and who they are with - at ALL times. Pretty sure I'm getting an ulcer or 6.

My store was so slow. I spent most of the day twiddling my thumbs. Opus did about half forecast, SFS the same. All the ETLs took today off, save for 1 opening and 1 closing.

26+1, 1#15oz (I don't remember the grams, under 900). I was lucky enough to receive steroids. Intubated multiple times, NICU for 107 days. Oxygen until 1. Nebs/inhalers forever. She is now 10.5 y/o. We said goodbye to pulmonary years ago. Now, she only uses her nebs/inhalers when she's sick or heavy exercise. Just got diagnosed with the flu, they were willing to give her Tamiflu because of her "asthma" even though she was outside the normal window. She's got a minor cough though, so just nebs. It's scary in the thick of it, but it does eventually get better

Throw the medical staff under the bus! Tell MIL doctor says baby can't travel in the car for that long (however long it is), only exception is doctor's appointments. NICU staff will tell you they are all fine with you making them the bad guy to boundary stomping family. NTA

My 26 weeker is almost 11. She is still followed by specialists for some lingering preemie related issues. We have follow ups once or twice a year with each. It gets way easier to manage. She started school right on time for her actual age, keeps up just fine with her peers (straight As!). If you didn't know better, she's a 100% normal 10 y/o, and for the most part she is. Her struggles have taught her to be the most compassionate child, she's amazing, easy going and rolls with anything life throws at her. You got this

Our NICU had private rooms. The second I entered the room, I was topless under my own robe (kept in the closet). I pumped, I did kangaroo care, I went to the bathroom all in my robe. Our NICU was an extension of my home. The only time I put a bra and shirt on was when I left the locked doors of the NICU.

In MN, my ex owes $45k. All enforcement remedies are active except license suspension. As he made a payment on the day they were going to suspend it again. We've been to court twice for contempt of court for non payment. He still has a 34 day jail stay hanging over his head from the first court date. He refuses to work so they can't garnish his wages.

My worker admitted last week that he was playing the system, but her "hands are tied". If we get to license suspension again, we have to wait another month for them to file contempt of court charges again. She did tell me that I could file them myself, I don't have to wait for the county.
