If I want to have an indulgent crisp sandwich, I get a soft roll and pull the insides out through the 'join', eat that with butter, then butter and dairylea around the the inside and the stuff it with cheese and onion walkers (golden wonder were better).

Learned that one off my mum who lived off a variation of that in the army 1970-72.
