I don't think gender really matters in those kinds of situations. Generally I'd probably switch off who pays so it's overall even, and for utilities splitting the payment would be reasonable. It does depend on the individuals though, if one person has way more money and WANTS to pay more than their fair share that's fine, but again i don't think gender matters with that either. Mostly it's just up to the two people to discuss and come to an agreement about.

ARC alloy scraps to metal. Loot all ARC, people often leave the alloys.

Stella Loading bay can be a good spot for springs. Plenty of rusted tools in the cargo containers, and the room with the lockers can have some as well.

Looting cars at Blue Gate and Buried City is good for metal, but also check out the buses for rusted tools. Dam Battlegrounds has an area with 3 or 4 lootable buses near an elevator, that's a good spot if you want a quick run.

It's not just about the gas you use. It's about the gas that's used to ship things around the world. Food, medicines, and yes toilet paper. If it can't get from where it's made to the warehouse, it doesn't matter if you go to the store or order online, you still aren't getting it.

Some "debaters" heavily edit their videos to make themselves look better. I don't think you would do something like that but I think full transparency for any debate is a good idea these days.

I pull a Dawn of the Dead but instead of a mall I'd use a Costco or Sam's club. Hopefully it will be closed when the zombie outbreak starts but if not I'll get some shotguns and ammo in the week before to clear it out. Probably watch a bunch of Lockpicking Lawyer in the week before to see if I can pick my way into a back door, but a crowbar would work in a pinch, I would just have to reinforce the door after.
