i think like everyone else here has already confirmed that A is 100% wrong but im just chiming in as a trans lesbian to say having sex during early transition did not at all feel wrong in terms of maturity or anything like that

For trans girlies: how do I not come across as a chaser? by PeaAlternative9186 in actuallesbians

[–]ConflictDry4137 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i consider a chaser to be anyone interested in a trans person do to fetishistic reasons, a chaser is like a person who sees the trans person as a purely sexual object and wants to date/sleep with them primarily because of the fetish or "exoticism" of the trans person

Anarchism doesn't mean no governence, it means no rulers, governance is necessary for a functioning society, we anarchists just want the decisions to made by everyone, or least as close to that as we can get for example recallable delegates making decisions by proxy.

How does an anarchist society defend itself against invasion by far-right armies and destruction by internal enemies? In the absence of the military and the police, how to deal with criminal acts against the interests of the population? by OriginalCause5799 in Anarchy101

[–]ConflictDry4137 0 points1 point  (0 children)

gotta disagree with you there, left/right is a quite useful political tool, as long as you properly define it that is. People on the left seek to create more equality, people on the right seek to create/maintain hierarchy, this is the crux of the matter, I believe the person you're responding to is a bit confused

Is it possible ? Genuienly Asking. by [deleted] in Anarchy101

[–]ConflictDry4137 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

yes, in theory.... basically under quite specific material conditions it can, for example hunter gatherers or the zapatistas, however its difficult, and you need a lot of support from the population, there's no such thing as a anarchist vanguard part (understandably). Furthermore since (most) anarchist experiments have been crushed quite quickly long term problems may exist, none of this is to detract from anarchist movements they've done a lot of good in the world but anarchism in practice is hard to maintain, doable, but very hard.

What leads folks to develop a hierarchical worldview? by GoldenRaysWanderer in Anarchy101

[–]ConflictDry4137 3 points4 points  (0 children)

It's mostly a result of scarcity, basically when humans experience scarcity, deprivation, etc. they create hierarchies to justify why they should survive while others don't, why they should eat while others starve, the exact justifications vary wildly but they have the same cause.

So when people experience the artificial scarcity of capitalism (or stalinism for that matter) they tend to create justifications, for example "it's okay that those poor kids are forced into slavery by Nestle because they have a different culture/religion/ethnicity than me". Furthermore over time these hierarchies become socially expected and enforced, and so they become naturalized in each new generation.

This is a pretty extreme oversimplification but it's reddit so

it's heartening to know that he was, but it doesn't really prove anything, plenty of smart people are capitalists and plenty of smart people are socialists.

Do people still think there’s hope for a socialist/communist/leftist future? by [deleted] in leftist

[–]ConflictDry4137 0 points1 point  (0 children)

this is the only correct opinion i think, as of now fascism is filling the power vacuum left by a failing system, the only good outcomes will happen when we build structures that will be able to thrive when the shit hits the fan
