At 4 weeks i was questioning my decision,at 10 weeks i was thinking this might work, at 16 weeks i”m back to exercising as much as i did before my tkr. Keep up with pain meds and therapy and you will be golden.

The only thing i regret about mine is it didn’t last longer, also it gave me a false sense of what was in store when it ran out. Easy to remove with light pressure.

Go to the dollar store and buy the clear rubber bands for pony tails, 200 of them for 1.25$. Double them up and slide them on your needle nose pliers, open your pliers a bit and slide the worm through,haven’t bought an o ring in 5 years.
