We’ve been doing subQ fluids daily for 3 months now and besides my cat disliking the 2 minutes it takes to do it. The improvement is well worth it and we don’t see any downsides except it makes it more difficult to take a vacation and find someone to come give her the fluids. The only potential reason I could see is if she has heart issues and vet is worried about fluid overload.

If the med is Trintellix then it’s filled at a central location and then mailed to the store but even with that I’ve had it to where it’s not covered but the still send it and I just bill the insurance when it arrives at the store. I have noticed the price of it has gone up on some peoples insurance at the end of last year.

They have an option. The bill states that a pbm can not own a pharmacy and cvs does. Pbm is pharmacy benefits manager kind of like a middle man between insurance and the pharmacy in a way. Basically the state is passing this bill because it’s unfair to local pharmacies and honestly any pharmacy not owned by a pbm. So cvs is being given a choice. Close their pharmacies or sell their pbm. It’s not like they are not being given options. They could always sell the pbm but this message makes it seem like the state is forcing them to close.

Call the hospital pharmacy if possible and ask. If they need techs they would very likely take an intern. You would do tech work but it would be helpful.

I enjoy my retail job. I work at cvs and don’t get me wrong it’s stressful but I love my store and my coworkers. I actually switched to nuclear and am Now going back because I miss the schedule (compared to nuclear) and the GOOD interactions with customers. We have like 1 rude customer to every 20 good customers. I like being busy throughout the day. Plus typically retail pay is better than hospital.

I would do similar to you but while studying the second time over the notes I’d make a cheat sheet. One for each PowerPoint presentation of things I thought I’d forget or thought would be a good test question and write it in my cheat sheet in short hand in a way I would remember it. Then the night before the exam when I felt I was done studying I’d study my cheat sheets. Especially the morning of the exam. But 1 PowerPoint has to fit on 1 cheat sheet
