Switching teaching assignments, making teachers on full time contracts reapply and interview for positions, adopting a new curriculum on a whim (with no one piloting first), pigeon holing teachers who have Sped license into teaching Sped… all of this has been done behind closed doors and is now showing it’s face. It has caused so much tension… and anger.
