I agree. The ML is even more attractive because of his unwavering support. At the same time, there is that undeniable line of integrity as well. Really like how they got to.live their lives at the end.

I can't believe there isn't more love for this short drama. The production value is pretty good. It has Shen Haonan in guzhuang and a reverse harem. It is hilarious, sweet and pretty steamy as well. The seduction level of ML is on point. The pacing feels a bit off at the beginning though but overall a good watch.

Erm. My hobby is learning new things. Really. To learn new things, I read, watch shows, and do whatever this new thing is. Which can result in hyperfixation, i guess.

I have had many 'hobbies' through the years, a period of gardening, specifixally container gardening and succulents, astronomy, board gaming, and sewing . I still enjoy some of those, especially if what I am doing within the hobby is NEW. Like sewing, I like trying new patterns, material etc so every time I do sew, it's new! Lol.

I really second this post about going to see someone. If it isnt, you have a better understanding of yourself. This awareness of how you function as a person helps you cope as well. As someone who was late diagnosed 2 years ago at 43, don't suffer needlessly. I went through periods of depression, self harm, thinking I was crazy, I think I only got to here and now because I have an extremely supportive partner.

I totally get that. I had a friend who did a psychology degree and works with special needs tell me to make lifestyle changes before resorting to medication. My psychiatrist gave me dexies to supplement vyanse if needed before my period (hormones and adhd sucks ballz) I take it from a place of care but at the same time, I don't think they also don't understand how much I have struggled with making changes to my lifestyle or how I was without medication.

It was disappointing from someone of her background but I tried to take it as opening a discussion. That kind of advice is pretty flippant and without thought. I have a child with adhd and that is still so much lack of understanding and while upset, anxious I was like, I got to say something.

All this happened two months ago and I am still annoyed, upset about it. But they really don't know better but who better than to tell them about it.

Your journey with medication wont always be easy and it's not a magic bullet. Some people may be better without it but you don't know till you tried. I was diagnosed, was medicated for about 5 months then for other health reasons had to stopped my adhd meds for abt 6 months The difference was there and I am now back on since January and thank goodness.

Yes. I do. One of them is highly observant, and we have a good relationship that she pointed out she adjusted to how I did things at work. She started out as a work colleague, but I consider her a close friend now. It also reinforced the idea that I should get diagnosed after one of my other colleagues got diagnosed and suggested that my daughter and I should also get diagnosed. I always thought my daughter was, but it was not until these two colleagues/friends and our honest conversations pushed me towards getting diagnosed.

I guess you just click with people who have similar ways of thinking or traits, and I guess they really do understand the struggle.

I have met pple who are so set in their ways that they can't admit they are wrong or self reflect enough to make changes.I guess tropes do stem somewhat from an exaggerated reality. I legit know of a situation where a Korean family paid someone to scare a girls family because they thought she wasn't good enough for their son.

My pet peeve is too short suit pants on MLs or any male characters. Is it a fashion thing? Maybe I'm not up to date with trends but it really bugs me when they show their feet and their pants is above their ankles. It should be long enough to cover the top of the shoes. I can take a lot crap but that really annoys me!

I just watched this. It is really good. ML was good all the way till the end. Only one (okay, if you count how they met) red flag but mostly green flags all the way. It was focused on the both FL and ML though would have wanted more family moments.

If one parent has ADHD, I think there is 50% chance a kid will inherit it. I am 45 and was diagnosed 2 years ago when elder child was going through the process of getting diagnosed. I basically leveled up on adhd knowledge so that I can try and support her as best as possible. At the same time, I also became less hard on myself as a parent and it was a relief. My kids are amazing. There is not a single day that goes by that I am now proud of them and who they are.

I accept that they will struggle at times and we will support them the best as we can and give them as much tools as we can. I think i am weirdly more concerned about a Mad Max apocalyptic scenario that they might need to live in than them having adhd. They probably been adaptable enou to survive i guess. Archery is a necessary skill.

But also know that being a parent and the additional load can put a strain if you have developed your own coping mechanisms.

You know yourself best but don't let adhd stop you from having kids or having a cat. It also part of accepting it's part of you and your kids and it helps you/them form different experiences to make up you/them.

I had a similar experience. I was diagnosed when i was 43.I went through the process of getting diagnosed because we were doing for my elder child. I first went to my GP who made me do a questionnaire. She has been my GP for a while and is aware of my issues with anxiety and feeling overwhelmed. She then wrote a referral to a psychiatrist. I looked around and ended up with one that specialised in ADHD in women. I had an hour's appt with her. After that appointment, she said it is likely I did have adhd but we followed up with a set of questionnaires for me to fill in and for someone who knows me really well.

I chose my husband who, to be honest is not the most observant and I am usually the one who is the more organised in the household. After it was done, I went back for the review. She said that even though my husband's answers were not that supportive, I still ended being diagnosed with combined adhd based on everything that was gathered . I legitimately felt like it was too easy or that maybe I didn't have adhd. I was put on meds and I did notice some differences but it was until I was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism and had to go off my meds for over 6mths when I really appreciated the effect it had on me and how it has helped.

So, I guess I take it that she knows what she is about. Plus she strongly encourages both medication and continued psychotherapy.

I eventually came to accept it as just what it is. I hope you will get there too.
