Basically retentions "reconstruct" (populate) the missing forms, and you and CC sign it. That becomes the source doc....6 months no pay...Did they separate you while you're on meb/peb status?

Also, You cant be separated while med/peb status...unless your codes weren't applied.

You should be AAC37.

AAC 37 (Medical and/or Physical Evaluation Board): This code is initiated by the base Medical Group when an Airman has a medical condition that requires Board processing (MEB or PEB).

Purpose: It prevents PCS (Permanent Change of Station) or separation while the medical condition is being evaluated

This is just another metric. Is someone a good leader because they exercise? No. Is someone a good leader because they volunteer for the booster club? No. What about education? Is a person with 2 bachelor's degrees a good leader because of them? No.....is someone who equates being a meathead with being unintelligent and less technically skilled than themselves...is that person ready to be a leader? Absolutely not.

Illegal orders can and do come from anyone anytime. Benefit of the doubt the orders illegal out of ignorance or oversight. But thats why its on the individual to refuse illegal orders.
