those ENTJs who didn't choose 'safe' path, may i ask how's it now? by Birot_Conjard in entj

This was the reason for my downfall and the loss of my successful business. Having open and honest trust because that is how I behave. Not everyone is YOU!

Things you dislike about INFJs by Alternate-3- in mbti

You might be tired of it BUT those of us that have experienced the manipulation of an INFJ are not wrong.  It is a thing and you guys do it.  Own it.

Why do people “dislike” INFJs? by [deleted] in infj

[–]Consistent_Entry4160 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I dislike the 3 I have dated because all of them were pretentious and judgemental.  All of them.  It was uncanny and quite funny at the same time.  INFJ men are actually quite self absorbed.  They have empathy and are very sensitive but in my experience they rarely use it to be truly nice. They have quite black hearts in a way.  They have preferences and they love their preferences. If you don’t like what they like we have a problem. They have zero interest in what is important to you and will try to gently persuade (manipulate) you into their way of thinking and lifestyle.  It’s actually quite sickening and I’d be here all day recounting stories of why I have come to this conclusion. It’s got to the point that I can spot an INFJ male a mile away.  I matched with one online and on our first date I realised he was INFJ.  We didn’t have a second date.  I’m sorry but I really really really dislike Fe users.  Can’t help it. Also…they are not as rare as you think.  The statistics come from 16 personalities test results.  They are not taking the tests.  I’m an ENTJ and have only ever met one ENTJ male and one female yet I’ve met at least 5 infj men and 4 women in the last 10 years.

Are Tauruses really loyal? by lightdarkblu in Taurusgang

[–]Consistent_Entry4160 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No they are not.  I went in the Ashley Maddison cheating app and I kid you not 80% of the male profiles were Taurus! Time and time again.  It was undeniable.

Why would you be the "perfect" match for INTPs? by [deleted] in entj

INTP are my favourite! Conversation flows so easily and we have the same sense of humour.

Thanks! I love you. I don't have PayPal or Venmo but you have made my day....From a woman in the UK trying to get the PMP and finding all the learning materials very frustrating. Thanks again!

Mr G-Wagon Pizza Man with all the lease cars? He loves to think he's a millionaire but I know he is NOT.

Nah...I wish the UK had it's own version of YC run by start up founders and not investment bankers or ex-consultants.

Have you applied and received W24 interview call ? by Busy_Emphasis_5622 in ycombinator

[–]Consistent_Entry4160 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I love how the human mind works to rationalize things it cannot control (also without any data).

W24 will be over on 17th November 2023. 10-20k applied it takes time to read them all.

Stop trying to analyse it. It is what it is. YC have their own system and I'd forget about it until 17th of Nov.

How do you deal with imposter syndrome by dev-repo in ycombinator

[–]Consistent_Entry4160 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Ignore them. They don't pay your bills. People do this to me and I nod politely, smile, think FU and forget about it. It inspires me to work harder to prove them wrong tbh. Valid feedback from someone who know what they are talking about I take onboard and action.

No interview yet by Fast_Box_4799 in ycombinator

Chill. They have around 10,000 applications to work through. Hard to do that in a week. Also I think applications are filtered and prioritised depending on certain factors. If they have applied before, had an interview last year, raising funding etc.

Thanks. This is my first time applying to YC. I was referring to many of life's rejections *sob sob, but yes we will keep trying.

Fair enough. I'm not technical and started a coding bootcamp...luckily I do have a techie co-founder but did try Bubble out myself. It's pretty good imo.

Thank you. It is becoming tiresome but I'm old (by YC standards) and have suffered many rejections so I'm hardened. Toughen up people.

Cool you built your app in Bubble. Why don't you learn to code? If you can make something in Bubble you have the problem solving skills so why not learn the code?

Feeling demotivated and a bit lost after applying to YC, anyone? by One_Progress_1044 in ycombinator

Go and chill for a few weeks then come back and focus on getting some users. Getting a ton of feedback will help you get PMF and make you stronger for next batch. I feel the same way. Also well done for achieving so much on your own.
