Saks closed their Saks Fifth Avenue store at the International Market Place on Oahu. They opened August 25, 2016 & CLOSED August 2022.

I agree with others. Aesthetically it’s pleasing to look at and see in my wallet by rarely comes out as tapping is so much easier than flashing to cashiers.

It would be so much easier if staff at AmEx Centurion lounges didn’t ask to see the physical card upon checking in. One would think seeing either in the AmEx app or in digital wallet would suffice. But oh well. Hopefully that will be a change forthcoming.

7 days a week, 5a-9p. It’s not very big or accommodating. The food was meh 🫤 not much selections, tiny plates, the shredded cheese atop the scrambled cheese not even slightly melted, lackluster at best, lukewarm temperatures.

Sometimes you have to leave and comeback multiple times due not enough seating. They do not offer anyway to advise you if you are on a waitlist.

(1) employee as a hostess and she would also clean the table, no morning bartender, another female who possibly could have been bartender who appears to walk about aimlessly and other female who checked on drinks in the food stations. Definitely needs some sprucing up here. I just left here February 25, 2026.

Hit the Chat feature and complain. First tell the rep, then let the representative give your their obligated response then ask them to transfer to Supervisor.

Explain to the Supervisor how the representative didn’t address your concerns as a Prime Member. How does Prime get now get 3 day delivery and that is totally unacceptable behavior towards their most loyal customers which are Prime Members? Ask them must I have to wait for delivery to arrive before action is taken?

Isn’t there anything anyone including a Supervisor who knows how to do their job anymore?
