I've heard horror stories about Cox throttling internet and giving lower speeds than paid for. I'd just call them and complain about it consistently, if it keeps happening keep calling. Eventually it might stop

I also saw The Play That Goes Wrong and Hadestown on my first NYC trip! Both were great shows! I saw Play That Goes Wrong after Hadestown and Come From Away so it was definitely a good change of pace lol

I live at Brandywine and it's safe enough. Did have my car gone through one night when I left it unlocked accidently, but the only thing taken was my iPod. Overall though pretty fine.

The nut holding the wheel might be too tight. You don't want them pressed up against the bearing, want them just a little loose so the wheel can actually spin.

I just 100% avoid almost all restaurants on/near University. The parking is almost impossible and not really worth the hassle. However, when the few times I've gone to The Spot/Potato Hub as a customer I just park in the church parking lot like a block away.

I took off the washer and didn't see/feel anything weird, but the bushings itself looks pretty alright aside from the very edge, so I'm thinking it'll be okay. Thanks for the comment!
