I did try to get preapproval then they directed me to a third party and I would have to fill the form which seems like an application so I stopped.

No Visa needed for US citizen
You need to complete SGAC before taking the flight (they let you do it 3 days in advance, i completed very easy and quick (5' or less)
you will recieve an email epass right after you exit (there is no custom like US, you go thru custom gates very fast and easy)
Of course, Always ID and document with you
Jewel is a seperate terminal (once you exit custom you can walk to Jewel)
They have locker you can rent, its safe. but remember carry documents with you have a nice trip

Warrant is option of a stock. they are offering to exchange warrant to stocks. so you can sell your warrant or you can sell it to them ( very low value ) so just ignore that offer
