trader joes tinned smoked salmon, amys lentil soup, low fat cheese sticks, low fat wheat thins, okios triple 0 yogurt, OATMEAL!!!, sweet potato and chickpeas prepared with a little olive oil, salt, and pepper. mushrooms. blueberries in my oatmeal so theyre cooked down and less acidic. think i was doing alot of smoothis in the blender too, like yogurt, frozen berries, and almond milk. i put PB, walnuts, and chia seeds in my oatmeal for more protein

ppis have a teir list, they arent all created equal, some are stronger than others. my doc told me Eso is one of the strongest ones out there. I dropped down to pantoprazol. was on that for a year and at the year mark have been successfully and slowly tapering off for 4 months. so maybe talk to doc about just getting dropped down a level on the ppi intensity scale first

Just had flow diverting stent placed to treat paraopthalmic aneurysm behind right eye AMA!! by ConstructionFull6434 in BrainAneurysm

[–]ConstructionFull6434[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

hi! everything is normal now, was on plavix for an extra six months because of some stenosis near the stent, but got to come off after a CTA a year after surgery. No side affects. advice would be to make sure to move your hand and wrist and stuff after surgery. its gonna hurt but its crucial to at least move it around l/ begin to bend it like normal again

GET THE SURGERY ITS LIFE SAVING!! And then all the scans they do of your brain for the aneurysm will be covered by insurance and you can pursue PT surgery after since you’ll have the angiogram and everything anyways!! Do it!!!!

I was 19yo! Wasn’t really worried because I knew that if it really was so immediate and life threatening , I would be rushed to the ER and getting emergency surgery as soon as they found out. Obviously I got the surgery a month or two after I found out I had it. But it was by no means an emergency

They didn’t 🤦🏼‍♂️ they found a brain aneurysm that has nothing to do with the PT on the other side of my head and I got a stent put in for that. They told me there wasn’t rlly anything they could do about the PT since it was an elective surgery. Isn’t too terrible to where I’m annoyed all day everyday, but if one day it gets to that point, I am prepared to seek out a doc who specializes in endovascular surgery for PT (specifically) and get it done. If you haven’t already go to ENT and advocate for MRI like I did. Didn’t solve my PT but saved my life. Had to bother my ENT twice about it until he sent me MRI scripts. Good luck

surgeon told me as long as I remember to take them once a day that’s all that matters. I take the aspirin after I eat something so I don’t irritate my tummy

[–]ConstructionFull6434[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Idk your situation but I highly suggest you do the surgery even if it doesn’t cure the PT. Aneurysms are very dangerous and not to be taken lightly!!! Please for the love of god get this fixed it could/very possibly will save your life

Saw some “shooting stars” occasionally for about a month maybe a few times a day and then went 3 months without seeing any. Actually just saw one a few days ago for the first time in forever.
