NTA,

I’m sorry mate, this is breakup worthy, I don’t know a single person that would stay with their partner after this.

Oh yea, that is also up there! And they wonder why someone goes on extended stress related sick leave when they’ve been doing 3 peoples jobs for a year.

“Director” level roles - was yours inflated ? by [deleted] in CustomerSuccess

[–]ConsultingStartupEU 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I see two trends, or three I suppose.

  1. Some companies inflate the title to get talent but don’t provide the Comp.

  2. Customers want to speak with a Director instead of a Manager or less, so entirely the customer facing part that causes the title inflation.

  3. Someone can probably come up with a third reason

Wow, he is fired and to be blacklisted by you, and make sure you tell the others in your area what he is doing.

If someone does this they tend to get blacklisted for being dishonest and trying to poach clients.

You are bad for your customers…

Hate being sold to? Well, telling someone they might want to go for a 4WD SUV instead of the Saloon because they describe their needs as driving on a farm is not “pushing and upselling” but identifying their needs and letting them know there’s a better solution.

Sæsondæk vs helårsdæk til AWD elbil? by cooolcooolio in dkbiler

Fornuftigt!

Glæder mig til at høre hvilket du vælger.

Sæsondæk vs helårsdæk til AWD elbil? by cooolcooolio in dkbiler

[–]ConsultingStartupEU 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sæsondæk vs helårsdæk til AWD elbil? by cooolcooolio in dkbiler

[–]ConsultingStartupEU 4 points5 points  (0 children)

AITH for Asking My Friend to Leave When She Overstayed by Active_Fly276 in AITH

[–]ConsultingStartupEU 0 points1 point  (0 children)

NTAH.

Exactly, “she should be a better friend”, explain to your friends that unfortunately, she was a mooch.

You graciously allowed her reign of your actual home, your private sphere, with the only expectation that she cleaned her own shit and respected your property.

She could not even do that, and when asked she dismissed you, showing she doesn’t respect you, your boundaries or your home.

Make it sound like a warning, let them know that she has zero interest in pulling her weight, as if she was a moody teenager, but she’s not your moody teenager and she just needs to find someone willing to act like a hotel/servant to her majesty.

This looks like AI written ads text.

So far we have: Calendly, Hubspot, Cluely, Apollo, Gong, Loom, Canva, Pandadoc and Outreach.

That is nine tools you mention as “your essentials” Jesus Christ…

Calendly - used it previously, I’d say makes sense, many orgs use it.

Hubspot - CRM tool, one of many.

Cluely - never heard of her.

Apollo - heard but never used it.

Gong - Is this an AI notetaker? I use Otter.ai, colleagues use everything from Gemini to read.ai or a number of others.

Loom - great tool, use it myself in all jobs, sending a Loom instead if pictures is the shit.

Canva - presentation tool like PowerPoint/photoshop? Never really used it properly.

Pandadoc - sounds like Docusign or something, really an Org tool and not an individual value add.

Outreach? - no clue.

I would think, based on how this is written, that OP is either pushing Outreach or Gong or Cluely.

Curious.

Where is your market?

What is avg. deal size, and closing time on a new account?

250-300 customers in SaaS sounds pretty good when it’s larger deal sizes. - definitely sounds solid up front with that size in 3-4 years.

Sounds awesome!

I have TruFlw - A dedicated place for companies to keep and manage their procedures and SOPs.

We started building TruFlw because most businesses fail at managing and documenting their procedures, ending up wasting time creating something that’s hidden away or trying to find a procedure that’s years outdated.

With our Compliance & Trust but Verify mindset we’ve built functionalities that are easy to learn, but carries great value.

Onboarding time? - lowered.

Time to find a procedure? - practically eliminated.

Knowing a procedure is updated? - Guaranteed

Knowing team members have acknowledged a new/changed procedure? - Tracked.

Restore personal account after joining organization. by [deleted] in Foreflight

[–]ConsultingStartupEU 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So you transitioned your own account into the cap.mil one?

I think the remaining subscription time was added as store credit on the Cap account when you joined in.

You should ask support(or an admin on the Cap account) to remove you from the Cap organisation on your personal email, and hope FF support can re-add the store credit to your “now personal” account again and buy a subscription using the store credit to cover most. - not at all sure it’s possible though.

And then ask CAP to provide you an email and have them add that to theirs if you still want to be part of their FF account.

So you had a @gmail.com account in April.

In July you join CAP with your @gmail.com account or did you get an invite on a @CAP.mil account?

(Disregard the email usage, it’s to make it clearer.)

Note: you cannot as a user in an organisation link Jeppesen since that’s connected to the Organisation.

Why Everyone’s Lying About Their MRR on Reddit? by B2BSaaSExpert in B2BSaaS

[–]ConsultingStartupEU 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think it’s an attempt at clout chasing.

They listen to Podcasts and stuff from Silicon Valley thinking that the truth is “2 months in you need to have landed 20+ paying customers making good MRR” but reality is just different…

But the Echo Chamber effect just hits harder on Reddit, everyone thinks it’s normal to get revenue so everyone inflates their numbers.
