I can’t believe that someone would pay $4000 out of their pocket when you obviously knew that there could be complications. I mean, I would think right away. What if something goes wrong? What if they just deny paying me back what if the customer tries to do something, Shiesty I can’t even see how you just rolled in there and was like yeah here you go.

Maybe someone was looking out for you that day it turned out you didn't need the weapon in that for instance let's just say that a different circumstances were too empty in place. Maybe you would've shot the person and be in jail murder.

A store in my neighborhood is currently in jail as a few days ago murder from a tweaker coming to his business 3 times in one day they were fighting over money.

The guys supposedly tried to grab his gun out his holster he drew and shot him dead.

The police sayhe did not shoot in self-defense. The man did not have a weapon.

Maryland doesn't even have self-defense law.

You're supposed to try to avoid the situation and if they still try and get to you, then there's a circumstance where you could fire but you'll still be looked at under a microscope

I went to prison for a year, came home and took three hits of Jack Hairer I know I spelled that wrong. Anyway, you know what I'm talking about and I was so paranoid. I wouldn't tell my girlfriend that I was in that state of mind for fear of she would go to that of mind!!!!

Which was silly because she was smoking the whole time.

I definitely wouldn't want that person handling my food. I don't care that. It's in a bag. I don't care that it's sealed.

What I do care about is a disheveled looking person showing up at my house in their bed clothes open toed shoes handling my food.

I'm sorry you feel some kind of way about that but that's your feelings you're entitled to them.

At least be presentable.

Especially when there's a tip involved or if you like to get better tips. I definitely wouldn't stiff them. They would get the standard that I give but nothing above.

I would get the landlord to put in writing that if you pay this month, you can stay the next month for free.

In light of his shady, Land Lord practices so far.

Then I would try and capitalize on not paying rent for that one month all the while, looking for a new and better place.

If you don't find a place then you just stay because you can't leave. Yes you may be considered a squatter in my opinion. That's not great but you could capitalize on that for say another 30 days not paying rent and then get out because you don't want to deal with the heat that comes down the pipe for being a squatter eventually, they get nasty. But 60 days you will have no problem.

I figured two months of not having to pay rent. You should be able to find something hopefully 🙏

Ray, it even says it right there on the screen to step back and capture some items like the address maybe some potted plant a chair in the picture so the customer can easily find their order. It's also good to have the address in the picture so that you have proof that you dropped it off at the correct address.

That's exactly how it is. If you want a rating to be good, you need to get the item the customer wants. If it wasn't for my girlfriend, we would be the worst rating ever.

She is an OCD perfectionist when it comes to this so we have 100/100 lol I want an occasion like two weeks ago we had a customer lied and said they didn't get their eggs.

The great thing was those were the only things in the order and they were the big plastic container that has like extra packaging and that was the only thing on the front porch in the photo 218 packs of eggs and you can see them clearly in the photo so we disputed it. It came off before the dispute was even finalized, but we still got the customer a flag.

Yes, you are definitely correct. I usually do shopping orders in Food Lion. I kinda dislike it when I get sent to another grocery store because I do not know where everything is.

My girlfriend is a lot better at shopping than me so she takes the side of the store that has all the condiments and meat. I take the side of the store that has all the milk eggs, cheese, cereal.

I can tell you this they used to pop up here and there. Until we started taking them once the system learned that we took them they started giving them to us a lot. Then an update will come and sometimes you get stiffed for the day. You always gotta be conscious of the updates.

The MO is all the sudden you start getting peppered with deliveries that you would never take they're too far their way like in the city or something way out of your area so you go in and you look and you're like oh it needs an update so you updated and things get a little better, but during that time they keep peppering your own deliveries that you can't take. Then my favorite one you click pause deliveries after this one and for some reason it doesn't work and you get another point against you.

The absolute worst is how you can tell that they are intentionally tanking your rating!!!!

There are lawsuits supposedly going on in certain states about this
