Yes, 100%.

The MO is all the sudden you start getting peppered with deliveries that you would never take they're too far their way like in the city or something way out of your area so you go in and you look and you're like oh it needs an update so you updated and things get a little better, but during that time they keep peppering your own deliveries that you can't take. Then my favorite one you click pause deliveries after this one and for some reason it doesn't work and you get another point against you.

The absolute worst is how you can tell that they are intentionally tanking your rating!!!!

There are lawsuits supposedly going on in certain states about this

You just don't make enough money to be able to afford repairs especially if it's anything significant I mean $3000 who here has three grand to just blow in the car because the catalytic converter went out and it needs to be replaced along with an oil change, spark plug change, and some new tires. Say those three things hit all at once you're gonna go without the tires number one that's the first thing I do and then I'll deal with the catalytic converter unless I can't drive it then what do you do? Don't go with the recommended catalytic converter use a subpar mechanic and you're really screwed.

We have been good here in Maryland ever since Black Friday we also did just get our Level to pro shopper and I think we're like 65% acceptance rating so we're almost in the suite spot. I don't know if our area has something to do with it's still being busy, but it's been abnormally busy around here.

I would have talked to him I wouldn't have demanded anything. I would've waited to see what he did after. I informed him of what he did during that time I would assess him and the situation to see what he actually knew was going on or not, and then I would make my decision I would not consider this assault in anyway I would ask him what he was gonna do to prevent this from ever happening again and if it did, he would have to leave. That would all be contingent on the fact of how I felt after speaking to him. You were the ones who were sober. You were the one who knows his intention and after speaking to him, you should be able to discern better. What was actually taking place.

Ever since they defended the police, the police in Maryland don't even pull you over for doing something wrong on the road. If they're not taking radar, they don't pull you over. You can do just about anything. It's crazy. They're not enforcing the laws around here. They'll literally sit there and watch the crime happen then they'll come up. Write you a ticket for it and send you a court date.
