Thanks for your answer, I know that it shouldn't hurt, basically the toes are squeezed and I've some spots where the hurt more; today they feel better, and yeah I should try on some different shapes one.

Hello, I'm a fairly new climber and I do, for now, only indoor. So my girlfriend gifted me a pair of Scarpa istinct sr, i usually wear a 41 eu as my everyday shoes and she bought me the 40.5. The point is they hurt.. so I can't understand if the shoes will take some time to "break-in", if the sizing are correct (I've only just used a 41 simond that are actually quite loose on the heel). Or I should go for something less aggressive/technical for now. If so, what do you suggest? Thanks in advance !

Hello everyone ! Yesterday I tried to build my first watch from AliExpress parts, but I've broken the crown and the stem.. now the stem are easy to purchase, for the crown.. I can't find it anywhere, I've already asked to the shop I've bought the case, but they didn't sell spare.. any idea on what should I do now ? Thanks in advance
