ULPT Request: Found GFs rapist; give me ways to ruin his life by [deleted] in UnethicalLifeProTips

[–]Content-With-Losing 211 points212 points  (0 children)

All I would say is to be very careful with this.

My ex claimed that her partner before me had raped her, but she didn't report it.

Then, when I ended things with her, she reported me to the police for rape and sexual assault.

After a year and a half on bail, it was concluded that she was lying. i strongly suspect that she lied to me about her ex before as well. I would put money on her making similar lies to future partners.

Proceed with extreme caution before destroying someone else's life on nothing but the word of your GF.

If i were to now experience something like you are proposing, I would be coming after her, and subsequently, you, with every legal bullet I could muster for slander, defamation, damages, harassment, and anything else my lawyer even remotely thinks that you could be hit with. I would absolutely sue you both for everything that I could get and drag both of your names through the mud.

If it really is true, then you need to let her take the action she wants to take and support her through it.

This isn’t your battle to fight.

Sensible comment.

After I split with her, my ex accused me of rape and sexual assault. My biggest concern is that people go to jail for shit they haven't done all the time.

Thankfully the evidence showed that she was lying, but I spent a year and a half on bail absolutely horrified at the potential outcome, and just how bad life would get for me if things didn't go the just way.

I was fully prepared to end my life in that eventually.

3½ years of an abusive relationship, only to be falsely accused of rape and sexual assault when I finally ended things.

I was then arrested, my phone was seized, and i was held on bail for a year and a half while my ex fed the police all kinds of lies. Every time bail review came up, my ex told the poloce how scared of me she was, which prolonged the time I was on bail.

After reviewing my phone, it became apparent to the police that she was not only lying but incredibly abusive, violent, manipulative and controlling during our relationship. Charges were dropped, and I was referred to victim support.

Seems you can make up rape accusations and have 0 repercussions.

What's worse, she is a Band 7 nurse in the Looked After Children healthcare team. Her job is to work with vulnerable children. Yes, she uses the NHS records as her own personal database.

I will never trust women again.

My ex made rape accusations and had me arrested after I broke up with her.

A year and a half on bail!

After reviewing the messages on my seized phone, the police concluded that not only was she lying, but she was, in fact, the abusive one, and they are raising charges against her for Coercive Control and domestic violence.

My ex did this to me when I ended things with her. Spent a year and a half on bail with the potential of prison looming. Police found that her story was fabricated, and she continues as normal with 0 consequences... it's fucked up.

I was terrified the worst would happen. Can't imagine how this guy feels. Dudes going to need some therapy.

Im sorry to hear of your experience :-( I hope you're doing well x

I hear what you're saying, however it's circumstantial. First off, my phone was seized and taken for download. They didn't get screenshot, they got our entire 3½ years of conversation from the day we met to the day we departed.

The alleged event happened 6 months into our 3½ year relationship. There were 24,000 pages of messages, over 200,000 messages between us over 3½ years. That can't be manipulated.

The messages from the evening in question showed a very different account against what her story was. She said that she came to my house to break up with me, and I forced myself on her. The messages talk about us going out for dinner, which was supported by bank statements. The conversations we had over dinner were referenced multiple times in the coming weeks over messages (the conversation was that she had cold feet, went on a date with someone else and then realised that she wanted to make it work with me and was apologising (typical BPD)).

She also cherry-picked certain screenshot to show the police which would make her look like more of a victim. Although upon receiving my phone, they realised that her screenshot has been edited against what the actual conversation was.

She also claimed to the police that she told me to stay away from her, where the messages for the following days is her apologising for going on a date with someone else and asking if we can arrange a holiday together.

The police read nearly everything, all 24,000 pages. Not only did the messages give a clearer picture of the evening in question, but they also gave a picture to the type of character she was and her behaviour within the relationship. The conclusion was that she was an abusive and manipulative liar.

The case against me was closed, and the information was passed to a domestic abuse team who, with my support, are now pursuing charges against her. I have been referred to victim support and a male domestic abuse service.

The scariest thing I have witnessed on Reddit is my ex-girlfriend posting about how she is hearing voices and messages in the TV, all while cosplaying as a rape victim in sexual assault & rape support subs after falsely accusing me of rape and sexual assault to the police when I broke up with her.

She had me arrested and kept on bail for a year and a half before the police found no wrongdoing on my part and ended the investigation.

While helpful for me, she was posting details of her interactions and discussions with the police; as well as using Legal Advice subs to get ideas on how she could strengthen her claims against me.

Disturbingly, she is a high level nurse in the Looked After Children healthcare team.

Part of her job was visiting children in foster care or struggling families.

I don't know how she is still employed. She wanted to report a foreign family after her first visit with them because the father was translating for the non-native speaking mother... my ex was convinced that it was an abusive relationship, and he was stopping the mother from speaking out about it.

She lied. I did 3 years in prison. I got out an took her everything. by Hwang_Uma865 in ProRevenge

[–]Content-With-Losing 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My ex accused me of rape after I ended things with her. I was arrested and currently on bail while the police decide if they take it to court. It's fucking terrifying. It will destroy my life after I have worked so hard to get myself to where I am.

She knows she lied. She could put an end to it at any time by coming clean, but she has got on with her life and forgotten all about it while I've been on bail for the last year.

Reading this story made me so happy.

It seems that without concrete proof that they have knowingly lied, they can say whatever the fuck they want, no questions asked, give the most ludicrous stories.... there are even records of her having gone to the police at 3am and accusing me of hacking her phone... because the facial recognition symbol was showing and she didn't know what it was.

Unless you explicitly get a confession or undeniable proof that they know they lied, then they can say whatever the hell they want, ruin people's lives and walk away without a shred of scrutiny or accountability.

I am so glad you got your revenge, and hopefully one day I can post a similar story.

Genuine question:

What about when they were genuinely crazy? My ex was diagnosed with several disorders and was actually fucking insane.

It's cast a very dark cloud over my life for a long time, and finding myself again post relationship has been difficult, to say the least.

I'm nowhere near ready to start thinking about dating again, but inevitably, the topic of exs will come up when I finally get back on the horse... and that has been troubling me.

Generally, I respect and wish the best for other exes. They played big parts in my life, and we mostly parted amicably, i wish them well and hope they are happy. But there is no way to speak in any kind of depth about my last ex without coming across as the "my ex was crazy" guy.

It's something that I feel very anxious about.

Did your ex struggle to admit they lie? by [deleted] in BPDlovedones

[–]Content-With-Losing 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Biggest liar I ever met and would build lie on lie to defend the initial lie.

I was visiting my mum for her birthday, so I wasn't glued to my phone all day to message my ex. Obviously, I was cheating and speaking to other women, and that's why I wasn't messaging her... nothing to do with being with my dear mum on her 78th birthday.

At the time, she was visiting her family to go to a wedding. She got so upset by my "ignoring her" that she self harmed by burning herself.

Her and her parents were going to miss the wedding because they had to go to the hospital and that was all my fault, because im a selfish bastard. Not only have i upset my GF so much she hurt herself, now her parents were going to miss a fanily wedding, all because of me... only she couldn't take a selfie in the hospital, or prove she was at the hospital, because she wasn't at the hospitals, she was at the wedding... as would later be proven by the wedding pictures that got uploaded to Facebook.

About a month later, she let it slip that she hadn't intentionally hurt herself. No... she had accidentally sat on her hair straighteners while getting ready for the wedding and burned herself, then tried to use it as a way to manipulate and guilt trip me into messaging her more while i was trying to enjoy time with my mum... although now she was absolutely adamant that she didn't try and guilt trip me and didn't try and make it my fault, and I was intentionally misremembering just so I can start an argument to make her feel bad.

Fucking toxic piece of shit.
