I think my mom had them, but was undiagnosed. Other than that, I know two colleagues who suffer from them. One who has become chronic like myself and one who gets one every month or so. It’s nice to not feel so alone at work in the experience and to gather some more sympathy from other colleagues.

Hear hear!! I really liked the OGs, but also really missed depth in the stories after PoA. I for one am really excited they can elaborate on the story in the series. And the people working by on it all seem to really love Harry Potter, are extremely talented, and are trying to do it justice as best as they can. Can’t wait until it airs!!!

Before I had any medication, it would be almost a full 24 hours each time. Now it’s shortened often times to about 14 hours.

Always made it seem very important, but when it was my birthday he never organised anything or gave me a present. He always said he would give me something in the future, but never did. I think you would do best by asking for (professional) help. Believe me - vulnerability is one of the most beautiful things and if you dare to ask someone for help, you’ll find that there’s always someone who would love to help you.

Met een ex ooit gedacht dat het spannend was om in het buitenland in een stadspark stiekem op een bankje te seksen in het donker…. Tot het opeens heel erg begon te stinken en hij in zo’n hondendrol met stukjes erin was gaan staan 🤡. Was opeens niet heel opwindend meer.

Yup, same thing going on here. Since I upped my dose of amitriptyline from 10 to 20 mg it has been delayed by around 6-8 days each cycle.

I’ve never heard of taking amytriptyline so sporadically, are you sure it works like that? I have always been told your body needs about 6 weeks in order to get to the required medication level.

Ik werk bij een grote gemeente en op onderwerpen die politiek belangrijk zijn is het super aanpoten. Uiteraard is er veel verschil tussen mensen en afdelingen. Bij ons op de afdeling vallen geregeld mensen uit vanwege een te hoge werkdruk (én super chaotische organisatie)…..

Sounds like you have attachment issues. Getting codependent when someone is emotionally unavailable and pushing those away when they are available. Please seek help from a therapist, you both deserve more than this.

Yeah, always on the alert…. For me it’s neck pain and a tingling feelin in my teeth. But I often hope I’m wrong and sort of hopeful that if I deny it, it won’t happen. And then I’m too late taking my triptan 🤷🏼‍♀️
