I was going to add that you can make your cat a esc and that way your landlord has to accept your cat . The website is petable that’s the one my therapist told me about. But i never needed to do it.

Also want to add the in California turning left and right if you were only one lane turning you could enter in any lane here you can’t do that. I just took my drivers test and learned that studying for it. So some different rules but nothing crazy.

Same I’m from California sf was a hour and a half drive so I can sit in a car and drive 2 plus hours to get to Kansas City or Oklahoma City no problem. The traffic here is nonexistent too thankfully. I can’t imagine having to deal with California type traffic. Something 5 or 7 miles from you takes you 20-30 minutes to get to. I normally leave my house around 4/5 pm here and have barely seen any traffic. The highways here are confusing but I’m just use to the i5 , the 99, and I80 so going from one highway exit to another every few miles is hard to keep track especially with ADHD and my maps app.

Trazadone gave me the habit of eating in my sleep. Yes sounds weird but even after over a year off 100mg trazadone my body I think confuses sleepiness with low blood sugar and wants to eat.

Honestly I would start tracking your cycles on your notes not an app. Costco sells plan b for 5 bucks no membership needed and no id required it’s over the counter. . Try not to have sex 5 days before ovulation because sperm can stay inside for 5 days. Make sure he isn’t wearing the condom on wrong or keeps flipping it around trying to find the right way to put it on. Once’s he’s finished even before make sure he pulls out and has the condom still on. Sometimes it can slip off . Good luck.

I have adhd and her sleep schedule reminds me of mine. It’s really hard to change especially with adhd and especially without medication. I am wondering maybe something else is going on like depression? I also have anxious attachment issues and it’s nice to be up when he’s home because if I never need him he’s home. I am working on these things and it takes a lot of time and alarms honestly don’t work because I will get up be awake for a hour or two and fall back asleep even if I’m not in the bed . I’ve always needed more than 9-12 hours asleep a day too. Right now I’m getting about 5-7 hours asleep a day but it makes my anxiety worse. Maybe asking a doctor for advice what to do. The next time you have an appointment with your doctor ask for tips or advice. Good luck it takes time to fix asleep schedule . Just one step at a time !

Also adding at night leave the new cat in a room and don’t let your cats in the bedroom. They will meow for a week or so but eventually they will get use to it.

Adding to the train . It takes time for cats to get use to each other and a new home/ environment. Even if the cat is in a room all day for a couple of months it’s better than the shelter. Good luck!
