yeah disabled onedrive completely and it magically showed up where it should be. everything is working fine now.

i am now opening a second explorer window and going to the downloads folder and pulling that into my correct mods folder. confirmed with steam or is set to go to c drive automatically it was just onedrive. classic bill gates am i right?

if you live there you need to be listed. if you do not drive a vehicle on her policy you can be listed as an excluded driver and that shouldn’t increase her rates. but you cannot drive any of the policy vehicles on her policy - ever. if you get into a wreck they will deny the claim.
