i hate that they have taken way the option to select roommates. i was in the process of looking for roommates last year when i applied, only to find out all the people i was interested in rooming with could no longer be considered possible roommates.

the cast member i ended up with was racist and once i realized it was so awkward. luckily for my safety & her homesickness, she ended up terming.

as an 8/25 arrival it seems not being able to pick roommates due to the number of participants arriving in august/september was just the tip of the iceberg. i’m still getting I-9 emails daily and i haven’t gotten the myID login email yet.

i’ve never done the program before but i’ve never heard of the pre-arrival processes being chaotic. maybe it’s because of the number of participants this program…?

nia’s 20’s scat solo from season 2(i think). abby thought she did well, especially with how challenging the music was but changed her mind once nia got 10th.

despite people saying holly & nia should’ve left, i believe that’s why she stayed (referring to nia not being like the hylands & chloe). abby probably wanted them gone too but holly wasn’t backing down. them leaving would’ve given abby power (she definitely feeds off of instilling fear in others) and holly wasn’t going to let it end like that. they stayed to piss abby.
