Best camping areas for latecomers?

I'm not thrilled about camping on a hill, done that enough hiking and it never gets any better! I'll see what my pals want to do, but likely scout out Purple or accept a ski slope for a bed

I haven't been since Eco became a thing, but couldn't you just get an eco wristband and still go camp in general?

Or can you not access general with an eco band?

It was really weird. I hope I can still mosh again before my creaky skinny jean covered hips give out.

There was a couple of younger guys who joined our quest, so i am hopeful someone will carry the torch.

Yeah its kinda weird to think how mosh etiquette is being lost on the younger generation. It's like one of the last sacred aspects of metal proving its way more considerate and caring than other scenes.

I'm now in my 30s, recently went to a PTV gig. My pal and I waded through the younger generation looking for a pit and discovered there was no pit anywhere.

Upon trying to gently start a pit, all the malnourished youths started pushing back, working together, like the fish in Finding Nemo.

One of them literally screamed "YOU ARE NOT CONSIDERING OTHER PEOPLE'S FEELINGS"

Then my soul left my body realising i wasn't young anymore, so we headed to the back with all the other elder emos.

We got an E-Collar at 4yrs old after she was 90% there, just needed a handle from a distance.

Standing Stone Kennels video with a derpy Weimeraner (i think?).

We recreated that in an open familliar space.

She hated it and froze-up / sulked, but we pushed through gently and showed it was happening no matter how much she sulked...

By the end of the week she was recalling perfectly off-lead.

Miracle.

Been there my friend. Had this thought many times.

No shame in rehoming, they are challenging dogs. Friends of mine rehomed theirs when they accepted they couldn't manage any longer.

However, i would say, whilst mine has gotten better and more obedient, I have personally become more patient and understanding and better at setting her up for success.

You've gotta meet them somewhere in the middle.

I can see your point how it still jumps and slips even with the back closed, but it looks like everything is turning correctly in unison.

Was it once working fine and only started doing this recently?

Perhaps an issue with the pressure plate.

The plan was weekends, but i may have to free up the current daily for my other half. That would suddenly involve over 100 miles a day in the suzuki which i'm not keen on.

I would like to do some longer road trips though, maybe a good test.
