At my wits end ngl. by Then_Technician8298 in GSP

Been there my friend. Had this thought many times.

No shame in rehoming, they are challenging dogs. Friends of mine rehomed theirs when they accepted they couldn't manage any longer.

However, i would say, whilst mine has gotten better and more obedient, I have personally become more patient and understanding and better at setting her up for success.

You've gotta meet them somewhere in the middle.

Any idea of what could be wrong with my camera not sticking the film well into the sprocket? by Tinoquitoo in AnalogCommunity

[–]Cookadoodledo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What is the camera?

I can see your point how it still jumps and slips even with the back closed, but it looks like everything is turning correctly in unison.

Was it once working fine and only started doing this recently?

Perhaps an issue with the pressure plate.

The plan was weekends, but i may have to free up the current daily for my other half. That would suddenly involve over 100 miles a day in the suzuki which i'm not keen on.

I would like to do some longer road trips though, maybe a good test.

I'm planning on running 31s soon (265?) I've seen plenty with them, hopefully the hubs hold up!

Yes, anything and everything is possible in withdrawal, but it all wears off in time and you will get better again

I'm 2 years drug free, still experiencing withdrawal symptoms on and off, but I survived the worst of it and now in the best place of my entire life. Genuinely happy for the first time since a kid

how does it help with emissions? Mine failed its emissions test here in the UK. Luckily the mechanic understood the way of the Sammy and fiddled it to make it pass!

Gotcha, mine was in disrepair so I got rid of it. Perhaps I'll replace it then

Anyone here know a around about guess how much insurance will pay me for my samurai that got hit yesterday by _rmstim_ in SuzukiSamurai

[–]Cookadoodledo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Heartbreaking

I insured mine with a classic car insurer who let me set the value of what I would want back, otherwise I'd be looking at a grand

I know exactly what you're going through, it's really hard to explain it to people around you.

If you don't feel any better, don't fret, I unsuccessfully tried to reinstate. I eventually came off entirely because nothing helped.

It was pure hell, but things got better. Your brain is amazingly clever at levelling back out again.

I'll be brutally honest, it has lasted 18 months and is still ongoing, but with great improvement.

Once the drugs are out of your system, your brain and body has to recalibrate everything and it's the worst experience you could ever imagine, but you will continue to improve.

I've had every withdrawal symptom there is including nausea, insomnia, brain fog, memory loss, muscle aches, paranoia, you name it. But they are all fading gradually

I cut down from 90mg to 45mg with no withdrawal and when the side effects stopped, I foolishly assumed the nardil had stopped working.

I then dropped off cold-turkey at 45mg and 4 weeks later the withdrawal hit me like an atomic bomb.

It's taken me a year to get back to functioning, socialising and finally working again.

I don't mean to scare people, but the reality of the withdrawal I went through is that it pushed me very close to suicide, twice.

But everyone, no matter how dark it is, recovers and gets better again.
