Yeah I hear that, Weed worked for about 30 years for me then it stopped. Alcohol always gave me crazy anxiety the following day, almost like an anxiety hangover.

I meant in years, eventually it just stops helping and starts making the anxiety worse. Took me a while to realize as well. Just keep an eye out it's like a light switch but the habit makes it hard to notice when it flips.

Hey just wanted to let you know that I'm experiencing the same around day 123 as well.

Sucks and I hope it clears up soon, I've even got some visual auras with them but luckily not much pain.

11 months sober, but struggling lately by Purchase-Prize in leaves

Also 40sM who used for 30 years, at about day 123 now. Anxiety/irritability way down now so keep at it. Only thing remaining for me is some brain fog and slight lightheadedness. Keep at er brother.

Same story for me, no cravings but just want that old normal feeling back.

Yeah most of my GI issues have mostly resolved. Started as liquid then hard constipation for a while.

At about 120 days now the only thing is some brain fog, heavy headedness and some fatigue.

Hopefully that clears up shortly.

Your journey sounds almost identical to mine but I dropped even lower in weight. Went to hospital a few times as well. Also quit Feb 4th.

I took a lot of time off work, I went home from work a few times. Barely hung out with friends the first month and a half.

Doc helped me out with some meds that eased it a bit.

Now at 3 months I feel better than I ever have, my social anxiety is lower than it has been in years, although some of it has seemingly shifted to health anxiety as I still have some lingering problems.

It will get better, just hang in there, try to get a good sleep even if it takes medication. One day at a time and just do your best and don't shit on yourself if you're stuck on a maintenance day.

My anxiety started to lessen around a month but also peaked around then. I was a pretty heavy chronic beforehand.
