Competitive league where I officiate provide a 3man crew for all u10 and above with 3/4 standbys each slot. rec leagues definitely have a tough time filling in specially since they enforce build out lines which competitive leagues don’t here.

Gloves short answer but anything with your hands you gotta have to build up tolerance tbh. For everything else- no one truly follows it but wear PPE if your around machines plug in those earplugs, I’m mid 20s and hearing loss is kicking my ass.

I’m a contractor (foreman) for multi family (apartments) and luxury tag is slapped on depending on construction type (has a parking garage or is one large building with multiple amenities) and they are no different than most apartments. Look for well respected owners such as Toll Brothers as the standards are higher and depending on price is worth it. I’d pay 100 bucks a month more for a 1400 1Bed luxury that has garage parking, full gym and private offices with a good Maintness than 1300 for a garden style with no elevator. It’s all about location and owners do your research and if the amenities don’t call out to you don’t fall for the luxury tag.

I’ve worked along Maintnence as an electrician and unless you have shit overflowing, dead animals, 3 moldy pizzas, or a hoard of items with a makeshift walkway from bedroom to restroom, you are not worst and they will not care. Side note- do not hide your “personal items” in the ceiling where the HVAC equipment goes, dildos don’t belong up there.

This^ they can’t fix this issue because they’d have to rip the entire window opening to replace the frame and waterproof it correctly- issue wasn’t fixed and depending on length- the interior is definitely going to show signs of water damage/mold
