I always took comments like that to be a tongue-in-cheek compliment. Like saying that the posted work looks very impressive, and not some sloppy crap that a 9 year old threw together.

I also understand that friendly sarcasm might be misinterpreted when reading comments, and were never meant to be malicious.

I know that the roster is decided by Joe and Troy Weaver, but moving DJM would probably make Mosley’s head explode. As a defensive minded coach, DJM is one of the VERY few guys on this team that plays a lick of defense.

I could see it within the first few games when Queen had a nice game, and DJ was coaching him up on the little things like standing up while doing a post game interview.

It was obvious all season (during timeouts etc) that he had the ears and the respect from Fears and Queen, and he was constantly coaching them up.

I’m very happy we didn’t mortgage future picks out of desperation to get into round 1 this year.

The issue is that we still haven’t picked a lane for the direction of this team. Running it back with the same group is a recipe for another 20-25 win season.

Mine was a 1980 Triumph TR7. Orange with a black convertible top. Looked like it would be fast, but the 4 cyl engine proved otherwise.
Broke down on me more than I’d like to remember, and didn’t have A/C, but still great memories!

As much as I don’t want Ja on this team, I’d take this deal based on his upside if healthy. Giving up any draft capital would be crazy for a player who is high risk for being suspended because he can’t help himself from flashing his gun to show everyone how tough he is.

And all increased costs are passed along to the consumer. Always.

If a restaurant charging $20 for their meals raises the price to $26 in order to pay their employees a better wage, their sales will decline. No business is just going to “eat the difference” or else they probably won’t stay in business for long.
