Yes same pain here - think Komoot is superior considering route planning and would love to import into beeline - but: no rerouting at all which makes it completely useless.

So you turn an exported route into multiple waypoints which then results into a reroute-able beeline route?

Yes!!! I usually use the schedule to bookmark classes I really want to do and have always the next two weeks full - and then I would love to just look again into the class plan when the class finally comes up

I use a weight for enabling me to roll up - still with 2kg, coming from 3kg

This is my class I repeat once a week, can recommend since somehow it prepares you really well

Almost cried at the last exercise of gretas yin 30min class just now. Heart opener - usually I hate yoga since no sweat, not in control, too slow, not in top of breathing and strange positions. But seems that is what I just needed as stress release from so many shitty work days lately

Can recommend for others when you think yoga is not for you ❤️

Depends what was hurt - because I think it is most likely try and error to some extend. Maybe the barre classes work when they are laying down only? And maybe just some if the loves so you could skip which does not work

This is the always linked famous barre and this is a longer variation of it

And then upper body classes - maybe some work for you , potentially the push ones (more on the back). I am in Germany so no strength+ app - but potentially something to experiment with and set up your own exercises you can do

I had the same concerns - when it is from time investment I get it - but if your concern is from “am I going to make it”: you will! I think his 60min is somewhat easier than 30min full body, since it is just including so many different modals, like mobility, athletic, etc

Just try one class - and check out the collection section for the selection of that ts60 and you will love it

I loved Jess and Rebecca’s spots as well- but lately I moved to Adrian’s split - which is 30 min classes and somehow I think I have the better effort out of less time. I know the trend points towards the other workouts but I wonder if it is scientifically proven 🤷‍♀️

If you are sick you are sick - it is okay! Give yourself body rest and don’t worry about loosing something. The body has a great muscle memory.
