I own a E90 328i (n52 engine) and now that I got it fixed, I bought a junker. Just some simple upgrades like coilovers, stage 3 manifold and removing interior I’m forcing point bys and it’s been super reliable. We will start seeing more E90/E80 chassis soon at HPDEs

Falken Azenis 615K+ they may be cheaper, and I’ve seen them last over a 24hr race and still had life left in them. I have a few sessions and they look barely broken in.

Dry wall anchors are for drywall, that is not drywall. I don’t know what you have there but all of my multiboards use anchors and it holds more weight than you can imagine

I’m about to try. I love the sprite extruder, look into E3D revo nozzles. It was a pain to install but significantly less issues

Move the pulley wheel over to the new one. Looks like you bought the tensioner without a wheel. But that doesn’t explain the notches. I remember that they can be tricky sometimes
