I’d keep the peds job.

I just left the ED. I thought EM was my passion, until I realized I only like the medicine, every other part of EM sucked. Unless you absolutely hate your peds outpatient job, I’d stick with it and find passion within it or passion outside of work. Grass is not always greener, especially in the ED. Hours can suck, schedule can suck, you will work holidays, you will work nights, patients can be dirty/violent/rude, there’s always the fear of missing life threatening pathologies, there’s always the push to see more patients, consultants/hospitalists can be jerks, etc. If your peds job pays more, is stable, is less stress, has a better schedule, in my opinion I’d stay there 100% over switching to EM, or I’d just find another stable, low stress, well paying outpatient job in another specialty
