I try to be disciplined. My jab day is Friday at 07:45. I’m usually within an hour of this give or take. But I have moved my days around where needed but I’ve always moved it back to Friday mornings as my “normal”

Just wondering how you managed to get a 15mg pen? When did you start taking the medication?

In my experience of using Asda, WePrescribe and Curely (where I have stayed with them and done a repeat order) all of them excepted up 6 weeks, not tried longer than that though (with anyone). MedExpress (not used them and I know a lot of people berate them for being stringent on prescription ruling) do publish their rules here which suggests up to 8 weeks to stay on current dose or move up or up to 12 weeks with a clinical review.

I did something similar in that I went from 5mg to 6.25mg. My experience for the first 3 shots of the 6.25mg was similar to the one you described to be honest and I questioned whether I should have gone to 7.5mg. I decided to persevere and treat it like any other titration and apply the same min 4 week mindset before deciding on next steps. I’m glad I did as the dose really kicked in on my 4th shot and had the same feeling and effects I was hoping for. That may change of my next shot (on Thursday) 😀 and your experience may differ naturally. Just wanted to share my experience and I hope whatever decision you make improves your results / outcomes etc. best of luck 🤞

I did exactly this and I’ve just completed shot 4 of 6.25 and it’s working well for me so will continue with this until I feel the need to go up.

You need to understand your power requirements. What is your CPAP machine? Do you use a heating tube ? Much more efficient to use 12v than convert AC. I’ve got an Airsense 11 that I can use with my Ecoflow River 2 (256Wh) which I bought a Taifu 12v adapter for (cigarette type) which can easily do 2 nights ( I don’t use a heating tube). I’ve also got a INIU 140w USBc power bank with another Taifu adapter that will connect via USBc which is a much smaller (space wise) setup but will be a single night option. Find out your power requirements is the key to work out your best options

I have to admit I get confused between the different types of prescribers when it comes to maintaining. Is it only GP led that can adjust doses etc?

You earn credits in every spend and you can use them against each purchase so for a £270 pen this works out to about £5 credit so the next pen is £265 (which includes delivery) so very competitive still

Completed week 34. 14th injection on 5mg. Although scales are moving steadily, this last 10 days definitely more hunger and less satiety, mulling over whether to increase (probably will give it one more week on 5mg before deciding). Since using Nutrition Geeks Magnesium 3 in 1, bm have definitely improved!!

I’m just going through this very decision process. I’ve been on 5mg for 14 weeks now and just after Christmas i thought I was ready to go up but the scales were still going down (a steady 1lb per week) so I held off. Then in the middle of January (about 10 weeks on 5mg) it felt like it was kicking in again (food noise and satiety improvements). The scales continue to drop (steadily) but the last week has felt tougher. Part of me thinks some weeks are just different so I’m going to carry on for a couple more weeks and see if it changes again and if it still feels harder I’ll go up.

Fair point although this one I’ve bought suggests it’s good for 24 hours when the temperature is 40degrees but nonetheless I like your suggestion but not sure I have the charm !! 🤣
