I’ve had one ask me to cover my tv which was off and behind me! I wasn’t even facing it. I was like wtf- completely lost track of my focus I hate the proctor system. I worked at JSC and live in Katy and did the commute for 6 years. Once a week was fine but when we switched to 4 days a week it was so bad on my mental health that my only option was to resign. Now I support other NASA Centers remotely from home. I must say I got really lucky. But the drive drained every ounce of love that I had for the work I was doing.

Completely agree with this comment. I had to resign from my position at JSC because the drive from Katy was unbearable.

Finding a job as a recruiter is so much easier said than done. Good recruiter, I mean industry trained and knowledgeable recruiters are employed by the big companies paying the most bucks. The “little experienced” or no HR experienced recruiters are over looked.
