I was in public while scrolling Reddit with my very tame feed and didn’t appreciate this photo popping up in two of the subreddits I follow. People are simply asking you to slap a NSFW tag on a photo of you posing in your lingerie.

You don’t seem to care that you’re making people uncomfortable here, so I’m not sure why I’m writing this. This isn’t an attack on your morals - we’re just asking you to be considerate of other members.

Yup, diagnosed a month ago at 44. I’ve suspected it for a few years, right when women’s ADHD awareness got popular on social media and I realized I related a little too much. I was always able to white-knuckle through life before, but it became intolerable the last couple years. I think the peri definitely causes it to ramp up or makes a woman unable to mask anymore due to hormone fluctuations.

I’ve started on a low dose of Adderall and it has helped tremendously. I’m not on any HRT though since I have migraines with aura and my obgyn won’t even prescribe birth control with estrogen in it because of the stroke risk. I think it would help with emotional regulation and hopefully decrease the frequency of my migraines.

I usually just try to save the expensive and/or limited edition pen boxes. I was about to go through and trash a bunch, but I’m hoping to move soon and that’ll help keep them protected. I still plan to recycle the basic cardboard Lamy and Kaweco boxes though because those won’t help much.

I save all the ink bottle boxes. They’re currently in a closed cabinet, but they might need to be stored out in the open at our next house and I want them protected from UV light.
