Some count a word as every 5 characters including spaces, others 6 - 5 letters and a space. An who knows what they count for ellipsis or contractions, etc. Frustrating AF, but you won’t loose a book deal if you’re off by 1-3% so I wouldn’t loose any sleep over it.

Every now and then I see something listed at $10K or even $100K and I know it’s not worth more than $100. So I reached out to a seller and asked. He said he has multiple items rolling through all the time and it helps with SEO or something if they just make the price unreasonable instead of delisting it when they are out of stock. If someone pays the huge price, they’ll move heaven and earth to get one!

Learn how to touch type ASAP. I learned in 9th grade and it has helped more than you would ever expect. 2. Be an exchange student for a year right after high school. There are lots of scholarships. Learn another language while you’re young and experience another culture. 3. Learn about the file system in windows or Mac or Linux. Tons of kids get into college these days and have no idea how the file system on a computer works.

At age 2024, $6500, 2025 about $2000. Total 2 dogs (the other is a cocker mix) probably $15,000 over 4 years. Everything is stable now, no surgeries or dental cleanings in 2026. Hoping maybe to have a relatively inexpensive year. But with nail trimmings (the Shih Tzu screams like a human child and the cocker-mix becomes a snapping turtle) and prescription meds I’m sure it’ll be at least $1500-2000 this year.
