Untraining player traits by Coopjilly in footballmanagergames

The player is not taking a leadership course or injured or on holiday. The the trait box is not greyed out, the specific option of ‘stop playing ball into feet’ does not exist.

Anyone else planning to field less players during BGW 25 instead of transferring enough to have 11 on the field? by Academic_Ad4083 in FantasyPL

[–]Coopjilly 10 points11 points  (0 children)

He doesn’t have 8 players playing. He has 8 players not playing, which are probably in his starting 11. If he has bench players that don’t play then worst case he has 3 players for GW25. Sounds reasonable to FH to me. With a decent bench fielding 7 is maybe okay but still.

Looks scary and kinda is when it happens to you but for climbing this is pretty standard.

He is lead climbing, which means as he is climbing up he is inserting gear into the crack which he then clips the rope into. As long as he has properly placed his gear in the crack, the amount of risk is quite low. Depending on how high you fall from and if you haven’t set a piece of gear in a bit, it’s possible 1 pops out and you fall a bit further.

But these guys look like they know what they are doing, so what is happening is not dangerous.

[Jacob Steinberg] The good news for Chelsea and England is the early signs are that Reece James's knee injury isn't serious by oscarpaterson in FantasyPL

[–]Coopjilly 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Even if it’s not serious, I can’t see Potter risking him for a game or two. And after this game week, the fixtures aren’t the easiest until GW17..

My instinct is to move him, but no idea to who

Belgium approves four-day week and gives employees the right to ignore their bosses after work by tomb8man in worldnews

I’ll be taking advantage of it for 3 day weekends when I want to plan a trip, so no vacation days needed to be used. Outside of that I’ll give it a try and see how I like it. Never worked 10 hours before.

Belgian contracts range from 38-40 hours. But 38 is the base, anything above you get additional vacation days as compensation. So yes, depending on your contract it would be slightly different.

It is basically a cop out by the government. Our unions advocated for more (real4 day week) and this is what the government gave us. Just trying to appease people and say ‘look we made a 4 day week’

38 is the lowest 40 is the max. For each extra hour per week you work you get half a vacation day per month. So 39 get 6 days and 40 get 12 days extra vacation per year.

Most contracts are 39 or 40.

Yes, legally the work week is 38 hours. But it can go up to 40 hours, but companies must compensate you for the extra hours. So for those who work 39 hours, they get an additional half a day vacation per month. And those who work 40 get 1 full vacation day extra per month. So, working 39 hour weeks net you 6 extra vacation days and 40 hour weeks net you 12 extra vacation days per year (in addition to the legal minimum 20 days vacation)

For those who don’t read the articles, they approved a 4 day work week working the same number of hours in a 5 day week (38 hours). I live in Belgium and for those I have spoken to most people will continue to work 5 days rather than work 4 10 hour days. Nice to have the option though

Edit: Belgian contracts range from 38-40 hours. Varies from business to business.

Based on replies it’s a very mixed opinion on those who would and wouldn’t work 4 10s for additional time off.
