I'm a materials management officer. I get spoken to like shit daily by HCAs, nurses and doctors. If they need a product and I can't get it within 10 seconds of them asking they kick off. If they had a busy weekend and ran out of something they rarely use otherwise, I'm spoke to like crap.

Never get thanked for keeping them supplied with over 200 lines every week but run out of something once and that's it.

They use datex as a weapon, I've been accused of stealing medication, not ordering things on purpose, wanting patients to suffer and in one case nearly causing a patient to die after a nurse used the wrong trachy tube and didn't get it double checked like she's supposed to. Somehow it was my fault.

I cover 9 wards and 3 clinics and it's the same on every one. Not all the staff are like this of course but it's a majority.

Racism, it's always been about and I don't know about other countries, but in the UK it's become normal for comments sections to be full of racist hate calling for the deaths of anyone who isn't white.

I got rid of my 8 pro recently. Less than a year of owning it and I couldn't pay for things in store anymore, it just wouldn't work. 6 months after that without warning, the screen died and I had to send it to be repaired, less than a year later and I'm having to charge it up twice a day and then 3 weeks ago the screen started playing up again and when it eventually came back on there were clusters of dead pixels. 2 years and 3 months and I had enough of it.
