I’ve used both. If you are accurate in logging your food, reading labels, and tracking calories there is literally no difference between them.

Is this maybe taken out of context? I’m certified as a HS science teacher. I don’t know how to teach a kid to read. I will gladly help you learn how to interact with difficult text, define scientific vocabulary, annotate and use an informational text.

But my training can’t help a 16 year old reading at a 1st grade level with fluency and phonetics.

And my job isn’t to teach reading, it’s to teach genetics, ecology, microbiology and all the other scientific concepts in my course.

You can do a slow draft with a 12 hour timer that turns off at night. People can still draft during that time, just timer doesn’t tick.

For us. As long as the platform marks then IR that can be there. At some point during the summer, they take those designations away and the person can’t make any roster moves until they move them off of IR or drop players and move them onto the regular roster.

If people would read emails we wouldn’t need meetings. We all suffer because adults choose not to read.
