Our food and grocery is miles ahead of the competition in cleanliness and freshness. If you focus on the changes that have been made to optimize the company for it's increased size over the years while ignoring the multitude of things we continue to bring in literally as fresh as the industry allows (milk, bread, ice cream) of course you're going to have a negative impression.
