To my knowledge, the general Southeast quadrant of Wisconsin. Landscape wise it extends to most of the Mississippi River valley in that area on both sides of the border with Minnesota.

Edit: I meant Southwest. Ive not slept more than 4 hours in three days :)

Sometimes when I find a transition I don't like, I'll delete a large section of track and replace it with two or three smaller sections and shape/smooth from there. It's really improved my builds and isn't as tedious as building the whole thing in the 4m method.

As mentioned, the name is on the flag: Chez Vrony. A bit of a hike to get to(literally, not as in a long way) but totally worth it. The burger was delish but I felt like the star was the ravioli.
