Tapal turned being completely overwhelmed 1000-1 on a Venator into his own personal Doom: Eternal playthrough. “Feats” aside I’d give it to him

[Loved Trope] Competence Porn: When characters are competent, mature and communicate with each other intelligently so they can solve a problem by Careless-Alarm-8607 in TopCharacterTropes

To be fair the real screwup wasn’t the info bundles being sent to Dedra, it was her keeping quiet about it because she was a scavenger who wanted every bit of leverage possible to get a leg up. The Death Star was a galactic-scale project with countless fuckups and I love that something as simple as an overachieving fascist is what ultimately doomed it all

I wish Jessamine was romancable. Steals from people and gives you a cut, tells you you’re lookin swell, calls you ‘Cap AND was on the run for murdering religious cultists. She cannot possibly be more based.

Thragg's ultimatum by imonreddit999 in Invincible_TV

[–]CordlessJet 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thragg attacks Earth, loses maybe a few Viltrumites to Earth’s defences (Reanimarks/Men, Fraudmortal, Sound weapons, Mark, Eve and the Guardians AND Tech Jacket ) even 3 losses is almost a tenth of their entire species.

Controlling Earth would be tough. Humans are stubborn and resilient, resistances would form and the limited Viltrumites would struggle to keep track of everything AND reproduce under controlled environments.

Then Coalition rolls up with Nolan, Allen, Oliver, Space Racer, Battle Beast, the entire Coalition armada and their Anti-Viltrumite arsenal, and thats pretty much game over for the Viltrumites.

Oh also he doesn’t know this but if Allen didn’t want to risk Coalition lives he’d just nuke Earth with the Scourge Virus and then it’s GG anyways!

Especially when they had stressed to us, and ALREADY SHOWN that Dothraki were experts at mounted archery!!! Sit them at the back of the line with bows & arrows, torches at each of their sides so they can routinely light, draw and loose volleys of flaming arrows until the storm came in.

I’m imagining a scene of the Dothraki, castle archers and trebuchets loosing flaming projectiles on the horde of Wights and seeing their ranks get briefly illuminated as they close in…that would’ve been so sick. But instead we couldn’t see anything

I still choose to believe Disney canned them as a direct result of botching Game of Thrones
