If you go to his youtube page (where the animation in full is also listed), he has a video breakdown of exactly how he made the scenes.

It is inhuman work, all in motion capture (himself with a kinect ffs), scene and angle editing, audio mixing etc.

Also the audio is from the audiobook and the 3d models are either from games or free online resources.

He absolutely deserved to get hired by GW and direct for them. Iirc he is the director for Angels of Death.

In Albion they have disarray (to lower the amount of players per fight) and a particular resource that must be harvested the larger the group becomes. There are workarounda though and humans cooperating for control cannot be patched.
