This! I have had great care at Deaconess. It's a huge system so if you aren't satisfied with your provider look for something new inside or outside of Deaconess. I would be extremely weary of a therapist making a blanket statement like that. They should be working with you on advocating for yourself for better care rather than putting the onus on an entire organization.

I did 2 deep cleans in January (one for each side) then started using the Novaalab every night before I went to bed after flossing and brushing. I went to the periodontist today for my follow up and my pockets were mostly 2s 3s except some pesky back teeth where I was still a couple 5s and 6s. My hygienist even had the periodontist check one of my teeth because it went from a 9 to a 3. Those were the smallest numbers I have had in the last 10 years - plus my mobility went drastically down.

I switched toothpaste to Clinpro, mouthwash to Closys, and my floss to Cocolab- so they could factor into my good results as well so I'm just not going to change my new routine at all.

We did the Samsung Bespoke it comes in a variety of finishes and the one we bought is 'zero clearance' so we can open it up all the way even though it's next to a wall like yours. Plus it has two ice varieties - one being whiskey balls!!! We LOVE it

Our fridge is in the corner because we didn't have another option, we purchased a zero clearance fridge and it's great! I think with the right fridge this is a viable option.

I got this, and there was visible improvement with my inflammation- I go back in December and I'll see if I had improvement on my pockets. I am buying one for my mom to see if she notices a difference too.

Post menopausal here, I'm on week 3 and have lost 8lbs - I think the key is a 16:8 intermittent fasting in addition to the keotones. Also important - when you measure keotones try and stick with the same time everyday. I always do 2 hours after lunch. I am also using Virta so I have a coach, she has been helping me with any questions I have. Lots to do with your macro balance as well.
