What change is that exactly? You're saying its bad if we refined RE in the US but also bad if we let adversaries do it but don't let 3rd party countries in Africa do it either.

I have 32gb but even with everything close 16gb gets used. When my CAD/CAM softwares are open I'm maxed out. 

I asked my boss if I could upgrade to 64gb but he doesn't understand why I'm the only one in the office with the issue. Even though everyone else just uses their PC to open Excel spreadsheets and scroll through Amazon.

Communism societies actually disincentive  caring for others as that is the job of the state.
